The Feature says AT&T Wireless is dropping their prices, with $45 unlimited data offered to some. Other carriers are now charging for unlimited data as well. Verizon’s highest speed is $80, for EV-DO (200-500Kbps), then you drop to $50 when there’s a bit of competition, with AT&T’s EDGE at 60-120Kbps, and down to about $20 with 8-14kbps using GPRS or 1XRTT.

WiFi on Trains and Buses often use cellular backhaul.
