More Tokyo WiMAX

NTT DoCoMo, Japan’s largest cellular operator, is planning a year of tests of IEEE802.16e WiMax in Tokyo.

Sprint Nextel today launched a local cell phone directory service to find nearby resources such as restaurants, driving directions, and movie times.
The $2.99 a month service, called “Find It!,” combines GPS and directory information from InfoSpace to let users search out locations without having to enter a zip code or know where they are.
