Broadband Reports points to an article in Consumer Affairs that shows Verizon’s “unlimited” wireless EV-DO broadband service is actually limited to 10 gigs a month and features an end-user agreement that restricts everything but simple browsing.

JiWire has launched a Hotspot Advertising Network that would run ads on login screens and while your surfing. JiWire appears to be taking a page from MetroFi which is building out city-wide networks based on an advertising model.
