Peplink just launched two new products in its Balance line of multi-WAN routers, the Balance 20L and Balance 390, for end users and Wireless Internet Service Providers.
- The Balance 20L is an affordable dual-WAN router designed for home users. It can aggregate wireless long-haul into a fat pipe. Advanced load balancing distributes traffic to different Internet links to achieve an overall increase of network speed. It’s powered by enterprise-grade software to provide maximum stability and reliability.
- The Balance 390 is a high performance triple-WAN, all-Gigabit router designed for large businesses. With the 390, FiOS, DOCSIS 3.0, or 4G Mobile broadband can be combined and dynamically load balanced. It gives WISPs reliable high performance backhaul with Intelligence Failover, Session Persistence and Per-Service Load Distribution
Peplink’s Balance line of Multi-WAN Routers can combine up to Seven Internet connections, allowing you to subscribe to multiple Internet providers for maximum efficiency. You can combine DSL and Cable Modem connections, for example, while Peplink’s automatic health check will monitor the link status and reroute traffic in case of a link failure.
Each Peplink Balance also includes advanced load balancing algorithms. Using their outbound traffic manager, you can setup rules to route high volume traffic to your faster Internet Links and optimize speed. A built-in DNS server lets visitors enter your server via different Internet links using inbound load balancing. That results in faster response and more efficient use of resources. You can redirect traffic to the server of your choice using Inbound Port Forwarding and One-to-one NAT.
