Intel’s new initiative My WiFi turns a notebook into a personal hotspot for local devices. It allows users to connect to a camera, printer, digital photo frame, or personal media player – all while remaining connected to the Internet.
Intel My WiFi doesn’t connect to the internet, it creates a personal area network. An Intel Centrino 2 allows synching, sharing, showing, and printing digital content.

The Intel WiMAX/WiFi Link 5150 and WiMAX/WiFi Link 5350 are the family of Mobile WiMAX and 802.11a/b/g/Draft-N network adapters that operates in the 2.5GHz spectrum for WiMAX and 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz for WiFi.
The Apple iPhone App Store now has 10,000 Applications available for download while only about 500 are in the Android Market. But the Open Handset Alliance now includes Sprint Nextel, Motorola, T-Mobile, Vodafone, ASUSTeK, LG Electronics, Sony Ericsson, Samsung, Toshiba, Intel, Qualcomm, and others.
