Microsoft at CES 2012 introduced new PCs, phones, games and a range of other devices.

  • Windows LTE phones were introduced by Nokia and HTC. The Nokia Lumia 900 and HTC Titan II will be on AT&T.
  • Kinect for Windows, available on Feb. 1st, is taking Kinect for Windows beyond entertainment. Microsoft is working with more than 200 partners, including United Health Group, Toyota, Telefonica, Mattel, American Express and more.

  • Microsoft and News Corp announced plans to launch a series of new apps for Xbox LIVE that will feature content from their broadcast, news and Web properties.
  • Bing voice search on Xbox is said to make finding games fast and easy. You’ll also be able to find the entertainment you want by simply using your voice — whether it’s news and headlines from Fox News and The Wall Street Journal or your favorite FOX shows, like ‘Family Guy’ and ‘Glee’.”
  • Tami Reller, chief marketing officer, Windows, had a preview of Windows 8 during the Microsoft keynote at CES 2012 in Las Vegas.

Steve Ballmer’s Keynote last night was his final keynote at CES. It was short on fireworks. But the Tweet Choir was good.
