Apple and Samsung have seen their combined share of the worldwide smartphone market drop to 43 percent in the second quarter from 49 percent a year earlier. According to the research firm, China Mobile, the world’s largest mobile provider, will boast 228.8 million 4G users by 2017, representing 52% of the total.
